If you do not attend, your payment is not refunded.
$150 of deposit will be refunded for cancellations for class bookings which take place at least 4 weeks before the class date. If the booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of the class date, this same amount will be reimbursed if the cancelled place is filled before the due date. Rosie will endeavour to find a replacement for the class. The balance withheld covers bank and administration charges incurred with cancellation and re advertising the couples place in the class. The $100 repayment will be reimbursed via original paid method. Please take every care to attend to the course on the day you are booked in. We respect difficult circumstances and will extend kindness and assistance wherever possible to enable you to attend. Please contact me if you need to cancel due to unforseen circumstances.
Rosie is a caring and reasonable person who is always fair, honest and just in their business dealings. She does expect this to be reciprocated by the attendees of her courses.
